Do you have a physical shop location?  

Unfortunately, No, as we are an Online Business only. 
If there is a piece/s you are truly interested in & would like to see more of,  just send us a message via our Contact Us page, & we will send you additional photos of the piece/s. 


What if I cannot find what I am looking for in your shop?

Send us a message via our Contact Us page, with a description of what you are looking for, and we will do our best to source the item for you. 

 

What happens if I purchase but have the wrong address on my account?

Send us a message via our Contact Us, or, Facebook page immediately.
If you created an account you can log in and edit your information.
We ship to addresses that are supplied and we have not the time to contact everyone that is missing info.
If the wrong address is supplied and parcel has been posted – your parcel should eventually come back to us and we will have to re-ship.
Please note, that if we do need to re-ship your parcel, the additional shipping costs would need to be paid by you. 

 

Do you ship international?

No.  We only ship to residents living within Australia. 

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

We send with all parcels via Australia Post, Regular Postage with tracking. 
Delivery times can vary depending on where in Australia you reside, which can be between 3 – 14 days.  Tracking numbers will be provided upon request, or, via your account on the website if you have created an account.
