Red Jasper is a gentle stimulating stone that grounds energy and helps us to rectify unjust situations. It brings problems to light before they get too big, so we can attend to them quickly, and can be used as a 'worry bead' to calm the emotions. Red Jasper also helps recall dreams and is a stone of health.

The Buddha teaches us that the way to Enlightenment is through meditation. Inner calmness, compassion, clarity of thought and action can be achieved through a simple method of mindful meditation by practising full awareness of the "in" breath and then the "out" breath.
